Benefits are wonderful events where popular musicians get together for a common cause and generate support for that cause through publicity and the donations of ticket revenue. From the epic benefits of Live Aid and Farm Aid to the more recent Tibetan Freedom Festivals, benefits have a long and storied history of raising awareness for varying beliefs.
